- At TUF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Returns Accepted Within:
7 days from the date of delivery. - Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Return request must include order number + proof of purchase
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged items
- Customized or limited edition pieces
- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Refund Process:
Once the returned item is inspected and approved: - Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
- Exchange Policy:
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the requested size/color is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
